Floor sanding process
Step 1. Check Floor and measure up for quotation.
Step 2. Does the floor require any repair work?
Step 3. What is required on the job Sanding & Varnish/Oil or Staining?
Step 4. What finish is required Satin, gloss or matt?
Step 5. Quote is given and upon acceptance contact us to book your job into the diary.
Client information
Rooms must be cleared prior to scheduled work start date & time.
A working heating system is preferable to help with the drying process when floors are varnished.
Floor sanding commences and depending on the required finish clients may need to be on site to approve the shade of stain to be applied to the floor.
Once the finish is approved by the client the floor sanding is completed and the product is applied.
